Together with the members of DorksOnWheels and the Washington DC GTG Crew, we planned a Regional GTG which also drew a couple New York racers and one Ohio racer.

I know I will not get everyone's name but it was the first time I have ever met so many Mini-ZRacer members in a single place.

Biggest thanks goes to imxler8ed for helping organize and well, he ran the show near flawlessly to say you have a good club and turn out would be an understatement. I was utterly shocked at the turnout you were able to generate and to think it's a regular crowd... simply amazing! I doubt I get half that number to regularly show up for our club. We just don't have those numbers... imxler8ed also was able to quickly and effeciantly repair 2 cars my son managed to fry in the last half hour of racing. I can't thank you enough for those repairs. I suspect he damaged his Alfa but just didn't have the wrench time to check it out. You Pennsylvania guys certainly have some talent up there.

Thanks to extrapickles for getting Core to work at near last minute. Anyway, he ran the system practically the entire day which was great. Other than the pc power getting yanked by accident, it seemed to have run very well.

I wish more New York members had made the trip but ruknd and companion made up for it all. Super nice couple, wish I had more time to hang out. Next time will be a Saturday social with sunday racing. It's hard sometimes to get social time when your toting kids around though  

I would have to say the frequencey sigh-up was the best thing of the day in my opinion. To think about an entire space full of people and never having to worry about what channel you were on or turning on your car for bench work was simply awsome! Sooo much better than the 3 channel setup kyosho had for their cup series.

All in all, I would easily say I enjoyed sunday with DorksOnWheels much more than any other race venue I've attended thus far. No ego's, no channel problems, lot's of chat, meet and greet and plenty of chinese food sorry rukn for not getting down to the group Saturday night

Techno, as usual, great to see you again. It was a pleasure to meet your boy as well. I hope he developes his talents further and can run against him in future events. Thanks for the deals/trades on parts. It was nice to not have to worry about cash. I was honored to have you with the DC Crew for 2 days. I only hope we made your very long drive worthwhile.

chuchkyluv, bro, as usual it was great to have you with me up there. Sorry ccson could not make it but you and I have some new tricks to run at the next GTG here Thanks for making the drive easier with your company. Maybe m can make it to future events as well.

I've been running Core for awhile now so i'm used to working with it. I was very happy to get it going sunday and be able to share the experience with others. Thanks to Corespeedway again for developing such an easy to use system that worked great.

I really look forward to other's input and comments. There were many members so no excuses for only a few replies  I know most are just lurkers but I hope to pull you out of the shadows for atleast this thread.
